FIRE DISTRICT

SECTION 1. DESCRIPTION. “Beginning at the intersection section of Spring and East Second Streets: Thence west with Second Street to the intersection of West Second Street and Bingham Street: Thence south on Bingham Street, extending south through the property of Denton Lumber Company, Inc., to Finch Avenue. Thence east with Finch Avenue to intersection of Daniel Street. Thence north with Daniel Street, extending through the Prower, J. H. Snider, and Daniel Estate to East Salisbury Avenue. Thence east with Salisbury Avenue to Spring Street. Thence north with Spring Street to East Second Street the beginning.”

SECTION 2. REGULATIONS WITHIN FIRE LIMITS. No construction or alterations of any kind or description shall be made in either of the above set out fire districts without a building permit, and full compliance with ordinances governing construction in the Town of Denton.
