Our agency employs both sworn and non-sworn employees, but the process begins the same in each case—by completing and submitting a Town of Denton Employment Application. Sworn positions require current BLET certification with the State of North Carolina. Of course, additional requirements also exist, depending on the position for which we are hiring.
